2010 Best Theme Park Attraction nominee: Disneyland’s Space Mountain Jan 29

The Disneyland’s Space Mountain is a nominee for the 2010 Best Theme Park Attraction! Maybe you’re asking why it falls in the themed ride bracket, and not the roller coaster bracket?”

Simply because, unike other roller coasters, it’s absurdly simple, it’s like a walk through the spaceport, the blast-off into space, the on-ride music, the ride through the star field.

The said nomination is for the Disneyland installation of the Space Mountain, which is like a major refurbishment for its Walt Disney World version.

The start of the voting tournament is on March, we just hope that the, Disneyland’s Space Mountain, will at least reach the 2nd round of elimination! Check ThemeParkInsider for more details.
