Beware of Street Vendors Offering “Cheap Tickets Apr 20

Guys, beware of the street vendors that are offering free or discounted theme park tickets. These are just gimmicks that will cost you money and time. You will end up having to go on a 1.5 hours minute tour, rather than 2-3 hours, with someone trying to sell you a timeshare and they are relentless.

If you really want discounted tickets it’s best to use online resources. I recommend Ticket Mania.com and orlando tourest information center.

Planet Hollywood, Orlando Apr 15

Planet Hollywood, Orlando is a restaurant to got to if you’re a movie buff. It offers entertainment and a pretty good meal for the money. It has large screens in the dining areas showing movie clips and large collection of movie memorabilia. Honestly, the food is not that good but i recommend their crab cakes with sautéed vegetables and home made mashed potatoes. One more thing, if you’re with your kids, this is the best place to dine! I highly suggest that you make reservations ahead of time.

HOURS OF OPERATION:

TIPS: Refuelling your vehicle Apr 10

In Orlando, if you need to re-fuel your car, you’ll be surprised if you’re new here for the procedure is different to the UK and Europe. You’ll experience waiting for hours for a fuel pump. And if you will pay cash in a gas station, you have to go into the gas station first and pre pay for the fuel. Reminder: Make sure you estimate the quantity correctly for they will not give you any refund. You can then use the fuel pump and put the amount you paid for into the tank. Tip: use a credit card so that you can pay at the pump, saves you time!

There are lots of places to go to in Orlando, FL, but you shouldn’t miss the Wekiwa Springs State Park. It’s located in the headwaters of the Wekiva River, near the town of longwood about 25 miles north of the theme park area on I-4. It’s a place for eco-lovers for it’s clean and green, perfect for nature tripping. There are lots of things to do here like to relax, enjoy a picnic, or take a swim in the cool spring. By the way, to ensure entrance into the park, we recommend arriving early, for the parking area will be full and you may not be able to enter. For more info, call (407) 884-2008.
